with all the major online Gun stores & Brokers.

Simply purchase online & send directly to our shop.

Transfer fee for long guns is $45.00

Transfers for Handguns is $45.00

This does NOT include New Jersey state tax.

This does NOT include NICS (NJ STATE BACKGROUND CHECK)

We will call you when we receive your transfer. It takes time to unpack the shipments and register the shipments. Once your tracking shows it has arrived in our store, please give us 24 hours before entry to start your NICS.

We do not pick up or deliver to those in C&R – this is against NJ Law.

It is the customer’s responsibility to complete all forms required for transfer.

Any firearm received by our store, and held for more than 30 days, will be charged a $4.00 per day storage fee.

Any firearms received by our store and left for more than 90 days are considered abandoned property; and sold to cover the cost of transportation and storage.

Any firearms found with missing/mutilated serial numbers will be reported immediately and turned over to the ATF/State Police.

Transfers must include the sender’s FFL, and all contact information of the recipient including name, address, phone # and email address.

We reserve the right to refuse any transfer for any reason.

If there is a problem with the gun (i.e.: condition, missing parts, non-compliance, etc.….).

Toms River Armory will not release any magazines shipped that are not NJ compliant (holding more than 10 rounds). Please ensure that the sender keeps non-compliant magazines that may contain 10 rounds or more. In some cases, we may block magazines at a cost of $16.99 per magazine. This is case by case.

You should call us about an upcoming transfer if you are concerned about NJ compliance.
